After enter the above link, firstly you should choose first and last meter reading time period and after you could choose tariff group and bill consumption. (kWh)

For example;

First meter reading time 01.01.2021 and last meter reading time 31.01.2021 transmission end user tariff group consume if 1.000 kWh the electricity bill is 661,89 TL.
